Mortgage Certificates performs the background research and prepares various types of certificates that show if a property is clear of encumbrances.  These certificates are primarily used for financial purposes, bonds, and employment.

The following types of certificates are available:

UCC Certificates - the Uniform commercial Code (the Statewide system for movables)

Mortgage Certificates for various purposes such as Property Bonds for bonding persons out of jail, lending institutions, bankruptcy purposes, sheriff sales, casino for employment purposes and a few others. Mortgage Certificates reflect if there are any encumbrances against a particular piece of property with a specific owner.

Clear Lien Certificates are also available, they are used for construction jobs and are normally required to receive the 10% retainer fees held by the owner of a contract.
