The Suit department processes all new civil suits, successions and judicial commitments. It is also the function of this department to issue the appropriate papers necessary for service.

In addition to this we send legal ads to the newspaper for publication when required in a suit on succession. We record all money judgments, judgments of interdiction, judgments of name change, wills, renunciation, judgments conveying title or ownership, such as judgments of possession and issue notice of judgment when required by law.
