All criminal records from 1995 to the present are located in this department. Department staff is available to perform criminal background certificationsearches of the Clerk's Records from 1987 to the present. Criminal minutes can also be obtained from 1993 to the present.
This department is also responsible for the Archived materials from 1910-1994. Included in the Archived records is Criminal, Civil, Successions, and Marriage. Discharges (DD214) Papers are also located in Archives; all Discharges after January 1, 2000 are confidential.
