COMPLETE APPLICATION AT CLERK'S OFFICE / MUST ARRIVE 30 MINS PRIOR TO APPT TIME  

• For those with extenuating circumstances, applicants may submit electronic application by coming 30 minutes early for appointment.

• You will be provided a tablet to self-complete application before license process begins.

• You will need the following information in order to complete the application:

  • Full names of parties​

  • Date of birth

  • Place of birth

  • Number of previous marriages

  • Date last marriage ended

  • Social Security numbers
