Must be received in the Registrar's Office by the Friday prior to Election Day at 4:30pm to be counted.

For voters who wish to hand deliver a mail-in ballot, please call the Office of the Registrar at 337-721-4000. The office is located on the 2nd floor of the Historic Calcasieu Courthouse.
