ATTORNEY'S OFFICE HAS NEW ADDRESS / NEW CONTACT INFO / NEW STAFF
Submit a request letter which contains the following elements:

Must be on business letterhead

Old Address / Contact Info

New Address / Contact Info (In BOLD)

List of ALL attorneys in the firm who will be affected by address update

Name/Phone Number/email of individual who will verify over phone/email
Updates are ONLY made in general billing/invoicing database.
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE HAS NEW ADDRESS FOR SPECIFIC SUIT/CASE
Submit a request letter which contains the following elements:

Old Address / Contact Info

New Address / Contact Info (In BOLD)

Name/Phone Number/email of individual who will verify over phone/email

List of all affected suit numbers
Updates are general entries for billing/ invoicing databases ONLY and DO NOT AFFECT NOTICES.
NOTICE ADDRESSES ARE NOT UPDATED UNLESS UPDATED IN SUIT: The Suit Dept. is REQUIRED to serve notices at the addresses listed in the body of the suit/motion. (DO WE HAVE A STATUTE TO ADD HERE???)
CUSTOMER HAS NEW ADDRESS / NEW CONTACT INFO IN CIVIL CASE / TO AVOID BILLING ISSUES
